I was thinking and thinking, and suddenly the expansion of SARS reminded me strongly of the term ice cream headache.

I’ve just read in succession R K Narayan’s Malgudi Days, Mr Sampath – the printer of Malgudi, as well as Waiting for the Mahatma. Now, I’m going to take my time to digest those, re-read them, then attack a commentary and a biography. This time, I can tell that I’m missing a lot in my first read.

I’m still looking for a niche area within my class to fill. It’s full of very talented and very different people, so it’s been a difficult search. Ow.

I’m struggling with math now – be it set theory or surds and indices, all of it. Time for more intensive reading.
